Friday in sunshine, again, 17/4/20 and 8.30am and bright blue skies, the wonder of nature.
Humanity is a different matter, our National leader is trying to show the way, Scotty from marketing is presenting what his bureaucrats come up with, each and every State and their bureaucrats are all coming up with different isolation criteria and schooling suggestions. This is the age of isolation, the time of virus, the brief of the bureaucrats.
Can we walk, can we surf, can we sit at an empty bench and have a coffee? Sometimes yes, other times it depends on the State bureaucratic Nazi Stasi, AKA the Police, they have the stick and they are using it more than ever.
As I always say, follow the money, and that is what the Police are doing, following the money from poor proles into Government coffers. It all shows the utter contempt that the bureaucrats hold for their masters, the taxpayers.
People are mostly good, look at the UK and see the 99 year old WWII veteran marching up and down the square to raise money for the NHS, he initially wanted to raise 2,000 pounds, but he has raised over 30 million pounds.
The carrot works so much better than the stick, the proles know this but the bureaucrats do not give a damn, power is their drug.
Speaking of bureaucrats, I have signed up to a TAFE online course to improve my spreadsheet skills in this time of virus. The time given to complete this particular course is 70 days, I have spent 4 days working about 6 hours per day and have completed approximately 90% of the course. No wonder our kids get bored in school, one whole lesson is about ergonomics and taking breaks and thinking about the good things to be done to the environment.
Getting back to that sunshine now.
