Julia Gillard is Newspeak

Jujlia Gillard is 1984, she is Newspeak.

There will be no carbon tax under a Government I Lead. Well, there is.

457 Visa’s are out of Control. Her Government has distributed more than previous Governments.

I will stop the boats. More boats now than ever.

Australia is full, we will have to slow down immigration. Latest figures show immigration has jumped by a third to 230,000 a year.

There does seem to be a pattern here, every time Julia Gillard makes a statement that she puts across as fact, the opposite seems to be the truth.

George Orwell would be proud of her.

Ms Gillard, a poster girl for misandry

Ms Julia Gillard has survived another supposed challenge to her leadership of the ALP. A challenge without a challenge.

No one stood up to challenge so the current leadership has survived, yet with great damage. Eight or so front benchers have resigned their position so the second string team will now fill the positions.

Politics, like any other industry, generally fill the top positions with the best candidates, this is now not the case with the current ALP government.

Ms Gillard needs to to take a cold shower, a stiff draught, a good hard look in the mirror and realise she is leading her party to dismal abject failure.

The best result from her stubborn obstinance will be a cleaning out of the union henchpeople who inhabit the ALP. This will allow decent people with concern for Australia to take up and gain positions more closely aligned to the centre to take the ALP forward, a real reinvention of the party. Only 13% odd of real wealth creating workers actually belong to unions.

A misandrist cannot see the affect that her decisions are having on the ALP, she still sees things as unfair and only she can save the day for her sisterhood. Unfortunately, life is made up of females and males, the pie needs to be shared fairly for all to gain.

With a weakened front bench the ALP will struggle to stay as a viable Government, bring it on I say and let us get back to the real issues of paying off the debt, creating wealth and providing real jobs without a bullshit carbon tax and other constraints on business

ALP Wrestlemania

The latest from Canberra is that crucial polling taken before Ms Gillard and her supporters couped Mr Rudd from his job showed that Mr Rudd's support was on the rise.

More media spin from the ALP to try to show that the prodigal son returning to the top job will correct all things wrong, a last ditch attempt to convince voters to return to support the ALP.

I see a deeper malaise in all of this, the ALP is a party riven apart into two warring factions by core differences. One side is the left, the unions, Gillard (The Greens to a certain extent), a moribund breed of Marxists. The other side is the right, realist, adaptable, Smith, coming to terms and evolving into a modern left of centre party.

Rudd is in neither of these camps, rather he is a Ronan King, aloof, arrogant, solo, beholden to neither because of his (actually his wife’s) wealth. He will in all likelihood take the mantle to the next election but the voters are sick of the spat and will just as decisively kick them out.

This will give the ALP time to reinvent and remake itself and hopefully shake off the shackles of socialism and become that modern left of centre alternative.

Socialists everywhere

Socialists are on the rise and have been for quite some time.

The ALP, once the bastion of the working man, is now ruled by Socialists, and they are ruining the party. The ALP will be all but wiped out by the electorate at the next federal election and it only has itself to blame for letting the Socialists taking over the party. I guess it gives credence to the saying "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing". And the ALP has done nothing to stop the rise of the far left in its ranks, it has helped the rise by its own fostering of Julia Gillard to the top position.

I used to be worried about the socialists gaining traction in the ranks of our teachers, well they achieved that and looked for higher goals. Getting into positions of power and using its collective mindset to force change upon the people of Australia has been their wish and we, the electorate, placed them in that position by electing a federal ALP government, albeit a minority government which relied on the ultra-left Greens for governing support.

This coming federal election will give the Australian people the chance to remove the socialist scourge from the ranks of the ALP, freeing up the rank and file of that organisation to apply a filter to the ascendency of willing aspirants to high office. Let us hope that the ALP can realign itself to the right side of politics that encourages economic growth, personal prosperity, individual rights.

The sooner we are free of the Stalinists influence in politics, the better our society will become.
