Why do socialists believe that Government is the answer to everything. Governments cost us. They do not create, have never created, will never create.
Business creates, from the minerals dug out of the ground to the services provided by waiters in restaurants.
They create, they pay taxes, this allows public servants to be employed to administer those taxes for the public good. This simple equation shows that public servants will never create wealth, they cost us, the taxpayers.
Any society that has gone down the road of socialism has ended up broke, broken and dysfunctional.
Thinking about the road to serfdom and socialism, it has never been a good trip. It always ends up in less productivity, less engagement, less wealth. It is a broken idea that will never create a worthwhile society, productive wealth creation and entrepreneurship will only ever do this.

Change because we need it now
I do not know why almost everyone seems amazed when we hear of yet another unionist involved in some type of criminal activity. Unions themselves are basically a criminal activity, using standover tactics to gain their benefits. Bashing people, destroying property, stealing items are all rank and file choices of a good union type.
Look at Bikie organisations, the Bandidos, the Commancheros, the Hells Angels, the same entrepreneurialship goes into their organisations as do the unions.
Is it any wonder then that those that represent the Unions, their CEO’s, their managers, their lawyers, are also tarred by the same brush and indulge in the odd, nay, frequent use of illicit means to gain their ends.
We all know a good union boss will end up in Parliament representing the ALP on behalf of the unions, we should expect them to use mostly foul means to gain what they want, power over your life.
The power to take from you and use it in whichever way they want, climate change, pink batts, school halls, all a major waste of money. They use teachers to try and sway your children’s minds to the left and dark side, dumbing down education till it is all twisted against the facts. They take hard working union members fees and spend it on working girls, dinners, grog and a good time.
They do deliver what they promise, wage rises far in excess of inflation, this adds to the inflationary cycle and drives down our competitiveness, making it harder to employ people in once viable industries.
Using the analogy that cream rises to the top, it is no wonder that our current Prime Minister, Ms Julia Gillard, is the most cutthroat, malicious, and nefarious operator to have held that title. She knows where the bodies are buried and who has skeletons in their closet. She, after all is one of them.
Unfortunatley for all of us, the cream has curdled.
